He cites the “Tic Tac” as a Lockheed Skunk Works craft and references whistleblowers who allegedly saw these devices used in Syria, the Gulf War, and even illegal operations involving trafficking and covert missions. By portraying everything as alien, the film shields what Greer calls a transnational, criminal network running unconstitutional black programs that operate without oversight from Congress, presidents, or the intelligence community.
